Biography
Rendi brings over 12 years of experience in mortgage lender/servicer licensing and regulatory compliance, with a strong foundation supporting nationwide non-depository mortgage lending institutions. She has contributed to a wide range of licensing and compliance initiatives, including complex, multi-state projects. Over the last few years her expertise has expanded to encompass a broader range of licensing regimes, including consumer credit and depository lending, as well as emerging and innovative financial products. Rendi actively monitors and analyzes legislative and regulatory developments, enabling clients to stay ahead of evolving requirements and make informed, strategic decisions.
Rendi is a member of NMLS’s Industry Development Working Group, where she contributes to the testing of new system rollouts and provides feedback on platform enhancements and updates. She has also attended numerous industry conferences, fostering strong relationships with regulators. She is committed to partnering with clients and regulators to streamline licensing compliance and drive efficient, practical solutions that fit the client’s needs.
