Gina has over 17 years of experience in all aspects of the banking and mortgage industry. She has a proven track record of assessing organizations both large and small, ensuring clients remain compliant within the laws and regulations for financial institutions. Gina is highly skilled in evaluating the organization’s structure, policies, and workplace environment to identify and provide corrective recommendations. Her expertise in testing and policy writing is instrumental in helping clients strengthen their compliance management programs.
Prior to her employment at Mitchell Sandler, Gina held various leadership positions where she was responsible for developing and managing compliance departments for mortgage and banking institutions. Her responsibilities ranged from establishing the program’s strategic direction to training and mentoring company employees.
