Biography
Sean Harding is an Associate at Mitchell Sandler. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, labor and employment law, complex torts, insurance coverage, and estate litigation. He advises a diverse array of clients, including large and small businesses, insurers, manufacturers, cannabis companies, and individuals. Sean has a broad range of experience in litigation and corporate matters, including successfully arguing dispositive motions in breach of contract and tort actions, helping launch a medical cannabis dispensary, conducting depositions in mass tort litigations, and advising clients in high-stakes contested will and trust cases.
Prior to entering private practice, Sean clerked for the Honorable Melanie Shaw Geter of the Appellate Court of Maryland and served on the District of Columbia’s Presidential Inaugural Committee.
