Biography
Kerry is a seasoned law firm executive and operations leader with more than 25 years of experience leading complex organizations, driving strategic initiatives, and managing transformational change. She has extensive experience overseeing finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, and firm operations, with a proven track record of improving performance, enhancing efficiencies, and leading organizations through growth and change.
Prior to joining Mitchell Sandler, Kerry served as Executive Director of Conn Kavanaugh and Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, and as Director of Project Management at Verrill. In these roles, she led firmwide operations, strategic planning, technology modernization initiatives, and the successful integration of a law firm combination.
Earlier in her career, Kerry held leadership positions with global commercial real estate organizations, including Oxford Properties, JLL, and Tishman Speyer, where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, capital projects, and operations for premier Boston commercial properties.
Kerry earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from College of the Holy Cross and holds a Legal Project Management Certificate. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Boston chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
