Biography
A founding member of Mitchell Sandler, Robyn has over 20 years’ experience representing corporate and individual clients in federal and state litigation matters and before a variety of federal and state governmental agencies, including the SEC, DOJ, OCC, CFPB, and NYDFS, among others. She has defended dozens of class action matters and represented her clients in many multiple track proceedings, coordinating the defense of inquiries from one or more regulators and various plaintiffs’ attorneys simultaneously. She also has extensive experience managing and negotiating with opposing counsel complex e-discovery and production issues.
Robyn runs Mitchell Sandler’s daily operations and serves as its General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer.
