Biography
Lindsay Yousif is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) with over 25 years of experience serving as Chief Compliance Officer, Fair Lending Officer, and CRA Officer at large-sized institutions. She is the Founder and Principal of Miller Yousif Advisory, LLC (MYA) — a boutique compliance and strategic advisory firm serving financial institutions and fintechs.
Lindsay specializes in Fair Lending, UDAAP, CRA, and Consumer Protection, and has successfully created compliance programs at financial institutions ranging from $2.5BB to over $200BB in assets while managing regulatory examinations under the FRB, FDIC, OCC, CFPB, and state agencies. During her career Lindsay has completed over 13 M&A's, including as lead of the Compliance & Legal Workstream for the TCF and Chemical Bank merger of equals in 2019.
She is dedicated to ensuring credit opportunities are accessible to underserved persons and communities. She has passionately served on over 25 boards and committees of non-profit organizations including most recently: Board Member of the Ally Financial Charitable Foundation; Impact 100 Metro Detroit – Grant Review Committee; and Board Member of the Fair Housing Center of Metro Detroit.
Her expertise has led to numerous speaking engagements at national conferences and local media news. Lindsay was a Corp! Magazine's 2020 Salute to Diversity Leader Award Winner for creating TCF's $1BB Lending Initiative for Minority and Women-Owned Small Businesses.
Lindsay earned both a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
