Biography
Ellen’s practice focuses on enforcement and litigation. Prior to joining Mitchell Sandler, Ellen focused her practice on defending clients throughout the state of California against allegations arising from claims of professional negligence and alleged breach of their duties. She represents clients before state and federal courts, and before state agencies and regulatory boards. Her clients include businesses, associations, trustees, lawyers, and accountants. She also has experience routinely defending businesses and individual clients in products liability, premises liability, and general litigation matters.
